Travis and the staff at Gear Heads did a great job on my 01 GT, they installed k-member, clutch, line loc and full suspension, it was done when they said it would be done, Travis himself even stayed to 8:30pm to make sure the car was finished and running right. Thank you Travis for the great job. I will recommend you to all my friends.

I have known Travis for over 5 years and he has done me right everytime. He is the only person I allow to work on my car and he treats my car as if it were his own. The reliability of all his work has been nothing less than exceptional. Take it from me...pick Travis to take car of all your auto performance needs and stick with him. You might find cheaper prices elsewhere but you will pay more in the long run. He just does great work. Period.

What I needed wasn't a big deal. Eibach springs, KYB shocks and struts, UPR C/C plates and a set of drilled and slotted rotors installed. These guys were fast and the price was right. Chris and the guys really came through. I was looking for a shop I could trust to work on my car. I found one and I'll definitely be back for more. Thanks again, fellas.

I am a marine deployed to Iraq and i have never had a shop take care of me or my vehicle like Travis at Gear Heads! They really know what they are doing and took the time to explain my options I will definetly promote the hell out of this shop to every one i know.

was the first to get the GHP upper plenum installed, alone with a Professional Products 75mm TB. Throttle response in great, picked up 15hp from the kit. GREAT work and service as always. thanx chris and travis!

Travis, did a super job with my blown Saleen. I have owned the car for 5 years and the original tune was done at the Saleen factory. It was running too rich. Travis took the time to dynotune it, burn a chip, install a smaller pulley and change the plugs. He had to really work with the Saleen as it required multiple changes with Diablo support. Thanks for all of your help, Travis.........Great Job!!!

Took my 1995 GTS in to have some work done.
Was absolutely awed by the professionalism, and work quality.
Not to mention the price!!!!!
Travis Franklin owner operator of Gear Heads in Arlington,Texas is the best!
He is a true Stanger, with his Super Renegade 10.5 drag car (mustang)
And when I arrive at his shop on South Cooper street (157) and Sturgeon Ct there he was in the bay on the dyno tuning a 2007 Shelby GT500.
Watching a GT500 make a 514HP pass on the dyno was worth the trip alone!
AWESOME!!!
The shop is clean and well stocked.
His employees and techs are clean cut well knowledged guys!
He has a great in stock assortment of aftermarket GO-Faster products.
This shop is destined to be teh "place" for Mustangs!
Chris (sorry didnt remember his last name) treats every customer like gold!
It doesnt matter if you drive a POS or a Shelby, you get respect and honest answers.
Most "Speed" shops dont even give a second look much less an answer unless cash is falling out of your pockets!
I am a soldier on leave from Iraq, and have waited to do the work and get the work done while I am home so my wife doesnt take the car in and get the run-around..

I would not have a problem sending my kids and wife to this shop!

took my car to Speed Tek and the most they could get out of it was 291RWHP @ 353 torque. Took it to Travis and he was able to get 334RWHP @ 405 torque. That should be all i have to say!!!!! He has great prices and the know how to go with his work and goes out of his way to make your visit the best.
